How our Instagram lead-response pilot handles comments, messages, and enquiry data.

Effective date: 26 October 2026  |  Service: LoopLeads (Instagram lead-response pilot)

LoopLeads ("we", "us", or "our") is a limited pilot tool used to help an Instagram professional account respond to incoming comments and messages, qualify enquiries, and share booking links. This policy applies to the LoopLeads application and its administrator dashboard. It does not describe Instagram's own independent practices.

Current product stage: LoopLeads is a single-account pilot, not yet a general self-service SaaS. Our data handling practices will be updated before broader customer onboarding.

1. Information we process

When you interact with an Instagram professional account connected to LoopLeads, we may process:

We do not ask for Instagram passwords. Do not include payment-card details or sensitive personal information in comments or automated DM responses.

2. How we use this information

A booking link being sent is not treated as a confirmed booking. LoopLeads does not automatically read bookings from a third-party scheduling service in this pilot.

3. Where data comes from

We receive the above data from Meta's official Instagram APIs and webhooks when you interact with an Instagram account that has connected LoopLeads. We also receive settings entered by the operator of the LoopLeads dashboard.

4. Sharing and third-party services

We use Meta's official Instagram platform to receive events and send replies. The connected Instagram account operator can view relevant leads and interactions in their protected dashboard. The tool may provide a link to a third-party booking service; if you choose to visit that service, its own privacy policy applies.

We do not sell Instagram interaction data or use it for unrelated advertising targeting or AI-model training. Any infrastructure or service providers used to host the pilot may process technical data as needed to provide that infrastructure.

5. Storage, security, and retention

The current pilot stores comment records, message history, lead stages, and webhook processing events in a local SQLite database under the operator's control. Administrative access is password-protected, session cookies are used, and incoming webhook events are checked with a cryptographic signature.

The current pilot does not yet implement automatic expiry or self-service deletion. Records may remain until manually deleted by the operator, the pilot ends, or deletion is required under applicable law. We will review retention needs and implement a formal schedule before offering LoopLeads to external customers at scale.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sharing sensitive information in comments or DMs.

6. Your choices and requests

You can send STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL in a DM to stop further automated responses from the current workflow. Sending STOP does not erase stored records.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by LoopLeads, email itskrish2654@gmail.com. Include the Instagram username involved and a description of the request; do not send your Instagram password. We may ask for reasonable information to verify you are entitled to make the request. We will act on verified requests in accordance with applicable law and explain if some information must be retained.

See our data deletion instructions for the full process.

7. Children's privacy

LoopLeads is intended for business and creator enquiries and is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through a connected account, please contact us to request its review or deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when LoopLeads features, hosting arrangements, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when meaningful changes are published.
