Data Deletion Instructions
How to request removal of Instagram interaction data stored by LoopLeads.
If you commented on or messaged an Instagram account using LoopLeads, you can request that we delete the related records held by our application.
How to request deletion
- Email itskrish2654@gmail.com with the subject LoopLeads data deletion request.
- State the Instagram username that was used to comment or send a message, and identify the connected Instagram account if known.
- Tell us whether you want deletion or an explanation of the information currently stored.
- Do not email passwords, login codes, payment-card numbers, or government IDs.
What happens next
We will review the request and may need to verify that the request relates to your Instagram account. Upon a valid request, we will remove the relevant records that we control, except where retention is necessary for a legitimate legal or security obligation. We will respond in accordance with applicable legal timelines.
The pilot stores Instagram sender/user IDs, usernames when provided, relevant comment and message content, lead-stage records, delivery statuses, and webhook processing events. This pilot does not have an automated self-service deletion button; requests are handled manually by the operator.
Important distinction
Deleting LoopLeads data does not automatically delete content or information held separately by Instagram/Meta, the owner of the connected Instagram account outside LoopLeads, or an external booking service. Contact those services directly for their separate records.
Stop future automated messages
You may reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL in the Instagram DM conversation to disable further automated responses in the current workflow. This is an opt-out, not a data deletion request.
